Downtown Baker City harbors exquisite buildings from the rich gold mining days of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Historic Baker City, Inc. (HBC) provides funds for the restoration of these edifices. Using historic photographs, Arrow Rock Architects' mission was to create the original façade for buildings that had been renovated many times during the past century.
