Star Engraving - Allen Parkway, Houston, Texas

The 1930 Star Engraving Building, a classic example of Spanish Colonial Revival Style, was renovated to incorporate the 11,000 square foot Children's Museum and the 11,200 square foot Stages Theater. The Stages theaters included one thrust stage and one in the round each seating around 250. Documentation for historic tax credits available at the time were prepared, and design considerations for historic structures were incorporated into the project.
