Snake River Brew Pub - Boise, Idaho In 1999 Snake River Brewery commissioned Arrow Rock Architects to assist them in evaluating a property on the Basque Block for a franchise of their restaurant and brewery in Boise. Since that time we have prepared preliminary designs, cost estimates, planning submittals and renderings for a dozen other similar historic properties.
The 610 Idaho property reached the furthest development. Our approach was to emphasize the existing detail using period appropriate colors and create a new marquee of Deco styling to raise the level of detail and craft at the central entry.
